I workout pretty similar to how I lifted before pregnant, still squats, bench deadlift and accessories. And can’t fit in any of my shorts i normally would wear. Have been trying to find some that are regular for the gym but nothing works. So decided to try these out and they are great! Great material! Are great for the gym don’t slide down fit perfect! I believe I bought a size medium. These shorts have just the right amount of compression to them. Enough to hold you in place but not squeeze the life out of you or feel like you have to take them off as soon as you walk back in the door. I got these for a vacation in Hawaii and they have been phenomenal. The side pockets are amazing. Great quality work and the fabric is a nice medium thickness but still breathable. These shorts remind me of the buff bunny legacy leggings with a touch more of a spandex feel (almost like a pair of Nike). Seam lines on these shorts do not feel like they dig in or restricts when standing, sitting or squatting down. They do not dig into my thighs and have yet to roll up. They have stayed perfectly put. There is an elastic band at the top but it is comfortable for me. I am so happy I bought 2 pairs of these and will be buying more colors for the summer time. I highly recommend buying a pair for yourself.
