60-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a refund, any remaining bags, packs, or units must be unopened and unused.

If part of your order has already been opened or used, your refund amount will be calculated based on the amount of unopened product being returned. For example, if you purchased multiple packs and used some of them, the value of the used or opened packs may be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for returning the eligible products to us unless otherwise agreed by our support team.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll confirm your eligible refund amount and process it back to your original payment method.
